Fees & Deadlines

The cost for Adriatic Writers Conference 2025 will be $3,500:

·      7 nights at luxury 5-star Hotel Bellevue on Croatia's island of Lošinj, inclusive of breakfast

·      Five intensive morning writing workshops with your instructor

·      A one-on-one meeting with your instructor

·      Optional Master Classes (food and drinks writing, travel writing, publishing)

·      Welcome dinner and Croatian wine reception at a villa

·      Farewell wine reception and dinner at 5-star Boutique Hotel Alhambra

Guest Fees

The cost for a guest sharing a room is $1,000, which includes the above meals and activities, excluding the morning workshops.

Flights/ground transportation are not included, and must be purchased separately by each participant. All other meals not listed above at your own expense.

A scheduled van will be available on Saturday, May 10, for participants to carpool from Zagreb Airport to Lošinj; and on Saturday, May 17 from Lošinj to Zagreb Airport. Transfer price per person for both directions is $100. Please email AWC to arrange coordinating your flights to the van departure times. Private transfers can be booked in advance through the hotel.

Upon acceptance on January 10, 2025, we will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. The balance for the conference will be due on February 10, 2025. Deposits and conference fees are nonrefundable.
